  • Representing an international aviation client in an arbitration against a maintenance and repair facility for breach of contract and breach of warranty. Obtained a significant arbitration award on behalf of client.

  • Representing a renowned European aircraft interior designer in successfully protecting the client's intellectual property from being misappropriated.

  • Representing a business jet owner in a breach of contract and breach of warranty dispute against the aircraft manufacturer who failed to timely deliver the aircraft in a manner that was compliant with the aircraft specifications and contractual warranties. Obtained a seven-figure settlement on behalf of the client.
