CHRISTOPHER E. HAMILTON

Associate

Chris Hamilton is a litigator that focuses his practice on commercial litigation, aviation law, and personal injury.  Chris began his practice defending individuals and entities within lawsuits ranging from wrongful death claims to construction defects.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Chris served as a U.S. Navy SEAL (sniper) and overseas contractor for other government agencies (“OGAs”).  Chris served within a special warfare capacity for over eleven years conducting operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Pakistan.  Chris implements the same mindset needed for small unit tactics to the trial team, and he approaches each client’s unique situation with the same operational awareness.  Additionally, Chris’ complex global experience provides him the ability to help prioritize the client’s goals through litigation and handle multi-faceted problems.

Chris received his law degree from Texas A&M School of Law in 2018.  While attending Texas A&M School of Law, Chris placed second in the National Sports Law Negotiation Competition and was named Chair for the Alternative Dispute Resolution section.  Chris was also honored by receiving the Order of the Barristers prior to his graduation.
