Sydney represents clients in a broad range of complex business issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, and employment matters in state and federal courts, and arbitration tribunals. Sydney’s practice is aimed at achieving the client’s goals efficiently and effectively through acute attention to detail, creativity and zealous advocacy.
Sydney graduated with her law degree cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Sydney was involved in the Hispanic Law Students Association and Board of Advocates. She was also a finalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition, where she argued in front of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, en banc. As a result of her advocacy experience and success, she received the distinct honor of being inducted into the National Order of the Barristers.
Sydney graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with her bachelor’s degree in Advanced Human Development and Family Sciences.
