• Representing a business jet owner in a breach of contract and breach of warranty dispute against the aircraft manufacturer who failed to timely deliver the aircraft in a manner that was compliant with the aircraft specifications and contractual warranties. Obtained a seven-figure settlement on behalf of the client.
