  • Secured take-nothing defense verdict as lead counsel in a five-day jury trial in Louisiana state court involving personal injury claims, recovering $45,000 in costs.

  • Obtained numerous summary judgment dismissals for a regional real estate developer in premises liability litigation matters in Louisiana state courts. 

  • Secured bench trial verdict in foreclosure litigation before Civil District Court, Orleans Parish and successful subsequent appeal before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, Louisiana.

  • Successfully defended a Texas Department of Transportation general contractor in complex highway construction litigation involving immunity under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 97.002.

  • Defended trucking companies in catastrophic loss and wrongful death litigation across Texas, advising on FMCSA compliance, including driver qualifications, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations, to secure favorable outcomes.

  • Mediated and resolved numerous first-party property and bad faith claims for property insurance carriers following several hurricanes in Louisiana federal and state courts.

  • Arbitrated automobile financing disputes before the American Arbitration Association, securing favorable outcomes.

  • Advised cannabis cultivators and distributors, along with regional grocers, on state compliance.

  • Drafted successful dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, in civil litigation supporting cannabis cultivators’ interests following an SEC fraud investigation.
