ZACHARY R. TIRIRILLI

Zachary Tiritilli practices commercial and intellectual property litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has extensive experience in both state and federal court, with admissions in every Texas Federal District. Zach has successfully handled a range of commercial matters, including partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, fraud, defamation, business disparagement, quantum meruit, false advertising, and unjust enrichment. His intellectual property experience includes misappropriation of name, image, and likeness claims, TTAB cancellation and opposition proceedings, trademark counterfeiting, and trademark, copyright, and patent infringement. Zach has also briefed multiple appeals involving both federal and state court matters.
Zach attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as Associate Managing Editor of the Texas Survey for the SMU Law Review Association. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Irma Carrillo Ramirez of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals while she was a Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Texas. He joined Crawford, Wishnew & Lang PLLC after working for a prominent commercial and intellectual property litigation boutique firm in Dallas.
