Michael Lang focuses on complex commercial, bankruptcy and probate disputes on behalf of trustees and the beneficiaries of wills and estates or trust representatives. Michael handles cases in a wide range of issues involving:

Michael’s clients include individuals and businesses of all types and sizes. He has represented business clients in several industries including real estate, private equity, manufacturing, banking and technology. Michael has litigated high-exposure, multi-million dollar cases in state and federal courts, and arbitrations throughout Texas and the nation, including a 2014 well-publicized case before the Supreme Court of the United States, Wellness International Network, Ltd. v. Sharif, 135 S.Ct. 1932 (2015).
Before forming Crawford Wishnew Lang, PLLC, Michael was a partner at Gruber Hail Johansen Shank, LLP, a complex litigation boutique based in Dallas.
