He has represented business clients in several industries including real estate, private equity, manufacturing, banking and technology.  Michael has litigated high-exposure, multi-million dollar cases in state and federal courts, and arbitrations throughout Texas and the nation, including a 2014 well-publicized case before the Supreme Court of the United States, Wellness International Network, Ltd. v. Sharif, 135 S.Ct. 1932 (2015).
